My husband and I are planning to build a second home in the very long term. This house is very likely to go when we retire. We must do this in stages, for financial reasons. We want to buy a large piece of land, and with a well-planned, mostly-at-home network is fully developed simple but pleasant and not too large (1800sf - 2400sf). We look forward to making a prefabricated house, but depending on the area, he may need a new design. I have no idea what would be the architect's fee. Thank you for comment.
